Terms of Service — AfricaBacklinks

1. Overview

AfricaBacklinks ("we", "us", "the platform") operates an online marketplace that connects buyers (SEO agencies, brands, marketers) with verified African publishers offering guest posts, link insertions, and related editorial services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Orders & Escrow

All payments are held in escrow until the publisher delivers the agreed work and the link/post is verified live. Funds are released to the publisher after the buyer accepts delivery or after the automatic acceptance window passes without dispute.

4. Content Standards

Buyers may not request content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, sexually explicit, or that violates third-party rights. Publishers may refuse any brief at their discretion.

5. Refunds & Disputes

If delivery fails or does not match the agreed brief, buyers may open a dispute within 14 days of delivery. Our team reviews evidence from both parties and may issue a full refund, partial refund, or release the funds. Decisions are final.

6. Fees

AfricaBacklinks charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. The current fee is displayed at checkout. Stripe processing fees may apply.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not scrape the platform, attempt to bypass escrow, or contact other users to transact off-platform. Doing so may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
